Xmas Eve ‘06

This year I had celebrated christmas eve with my fellow ‘Desperated Housemates’, Nic and Calvin S @ The Curve. It is just a simple housemate get-together, but it was fun and enjoyable. Upon reaching The Curve, we joined the crowd to take photographs of the beautiful blue christmas decor ( some pictures of the decor is posted earlier).

Then we had christmas ‘feast’ at Italiannis since we can’t that a table at the famous TGIF.(huhuu..) But Italiannis was alrite as well. Futhermore it is not the food that matters, it is the people you with.:P.

The Christmas menu…Kinda pricey though.

We had a tough time deciding what drink to order…eeee

In the end..we ordered 2 different christmas set( Nic and I shared 1 set..I am a small eater u see n had some tummy trouble the day before..)

For Appetizers..

Stuffed Mushroom & Smoked salmon & Shrimp Salad

Both also very yummy…especially the creamy cheesy sauce for the mushrooms!

For the main course…

Calvin S had Rosemary Roasted Chicken served with mashed potatoes and tomoto slice while Nic and tried the Salmon Milanese top with loads of tomato cubes..yumyum

Well..Calvin S say his chicken is ‘normal only’ but Nic say that is the nicest cooked salmon she had ever eaten. As for me i lurvee the cheesy sauce and of course tomatoes!I guess i just lurve anything with ‘cheese’..:P

The main course comes in very big portion though..3 of us had some trouble finishing our food and hardly had any room for desert…

Tiramisu Cake…

Well, Calvin S and Nic down their food with alcohol; a bottle of tiger and Margarita..as for me..my tummy don’t permit alchohol that nite therefore I had Casablanca..some l blue lemon soda It is very sour and ermm..a bit frizzy. Very refreshing!.:D

After the scrumptious meal window shop while enjoying the Christmas atmosphere. Then we headed back to USJ and waits for the arrival of christmas .
